Can you get a cortisone shot to help big zits? Would it help?

I get huge zits on my face that do not pop, would getting a cortisone shot help?

I think a cortisone shot is used more for joint problems....usually they put people on antibiotics that have acne problems

CORTISONE IS RARELY USED , AND WHEN ..IT'S USED FOR ARTHRITIS , AND STUFF RELATED TO IT

yes, it gets rid of them fast, but i heard it is very expensive.
