You can either keep playing regularly, or don't ever play again. Either way will keep the pain away.
This happened because your body wasn't used to this level of activity, and your body wasn't able to get enough oxygen to your legs in time. As a result, lactic acid built up in your legs, causing the pain you feel.

Either put just any cream and relax your legs up and don't tire yourself too much, if you are lucky with a beautiful woman, tell her to massage your legs but lightly with Voltaren cream you can ask your pharmacy first though...
It is good for muscles pains, I usually get muscel pains as I go aerobics and sometimes after a week not doing it, i feel the pains.
Also taking a warm bath/shower would help you relax. Just put a bandage around the painful area and REST REST REST!

When you overuse your muscles they produced lactic acid. This builds up and causes that muscle soreness after working out. Move around alot even though it hurts to move the lactic acid out of your muscles. Messages will help too. Ibuprofen will also help.

A dose of ibuprofen may help. Otherwise, a regular schedule of exercise will probably do the trick.

Do some yoga. Yes it will hurt a little more at first, but when you're done you'll feel much better.
