It is possible to extract THC. In fact it has already been done, and is used in medication.
Doesn't make sense to criminalize the source of the chemical, but legalize the chemical itself does it?

It can be done, yes, but it is unlikely you possess a lab with the equipment to do so. Unlikely the pollen of mj would fertilize the seeds of another plant. And because mj is not a woody plant, you cannot use graphing either, sorry.

There are breeds of marijuana that does not contain THC. This is the type of marijuana used to produce hemp, that can then be used to make paper, clothes etc etc.

Of course....to both....but crossbreeding creates mixed genetics so forget about a simple grafting....besides, it's all against the law.
