i want to get back into martial arts and i want to find a style that emphsises on speed and agility. any suggestions form experienced fighters out there?

If it's agility you want, get into Capoeira.

i'm pretty experienced in martial arts, i'm a 1st degree blackbelt. I think Karate is a very good style of martial arts because u use arms and legs unlike in Tae Kwon Do. Also U must B quick, flexible, & strong. U also must have determination.

Technically they all emphasise speed and agility, because if you move too slow, you lose.

Boxers work on speed bags and footwork. Wushu also emphasises speed and agility, but it's mostly flash and little substance.

It just depends on what your goals are.

brazilian jiu jitsu. it's a very, very quick art and requires great amounts of agility and flexability to be very successful
