Do you consider mankind an eternal creature? Clearly there was a first whether created by God or not...Considering this is your question rational? The truth is God created the first man and what ever his material make up it was created by God who does not need science to create.

That's an interesting question. Adam was formed by God, as a full grown man with chromosomes intact. Because God made Eve a woman, God then also, made her chromosomes. Adam was created male and Eve, female.
P.S. God can do anything that He wants to do......
