what is a good workout to loose them...im not fat at all but they are just fat sacks sitting...i do cardio 2 times a week...walk to work...and lift weights 2 times a week....what else can i do?

Try cycling or spinning, either works great

Targeted exercises. Try leg lifts, or the butt machine at the gym (you push back on a pedal behind you attached to weights). You could try some ballet influenced exercises as well. Look up Pilates, and Yoga Booty Ballet. Good Luck!

The elyptical machine is the best for the glutes and does not hurt your knees like a stair climber or jogging.
