well if its just a crush its not that hard you can be attracted to someone with out ever being with them it doesnt take long to find another one and its never a good idea to get involved with people at work

The only way I've ever been able to get over a crush to do start dating someone.
If this person knows you like them and doesn't feel the same way. Then there's no point in wasting your time. That person is not meant for you. Maybe you want something you can't have and that's why you have a crush. But if the person doesn't know you like them....then you are going to have to step up and let the person know. Unless the person is already in a relationship....if that's the case....then you don't need that drama.

Babygirl, the best way is.....your attention span.
When you want to get over someone, focus your attention on something other than that person. Just like visiting Yahoo Answers - this is a hobby that can take up your time.
You can be attracted all you want or have a crush on him, but the reality is - you'll be a substitute for what he has at home. It's not the right time for you and him, so you can't allow him to dictate what you do - even at work. I say move forward.
