Nope, Gillingham is part of Medway (unitary authority). The major towns in Swale are Sheerness, Sittingbourne and Faversham (although if you ask the residents of the latter they would tell you they feel more closely aligned to Canterbury).

The towns in Medway are Rochester, Gillingham and Chatham.
