I assume and hope that you have seen your GP to exclude any significant problem since there are a number of medical conditions which can affect pigmentation.

If you have already done this and nothing was found, unfortunately the only answer is likely to be cosmetic camouflage.

Hey SAMMY, I was gonna say that lol! Really though, I don't know. Everyone raves about Bio-oil for reducing blemishes and scars but don't know if it can be used on the face. Stick to make up.

one simple way to reduce the problem is by using makeup. but also exfoliation is suppose to help. i think makeup is more safe. try a concealer that is lighter the color of your natural skin to cover up the dark areas.

hello,
i have had this problem myself. i used retinol A , this in its puristest form is only on perscription but some face creams include this in a milder form.
mine is almost clear now so i always use a very high factor sun block.
