Dr Dino would have an an elaborate explanation as to why the knife is flawed and is therefore not really a knife. Dawkins would use the evidence at hand.

Dawkins, hands down. He would realize that Ninjas used swords and throwing stars rather than knives, and thus he would have Dr Dino on his butt before Dino could locate his knife!

Whichever one gets through the other's defenses the quickest and uses his advantage. Neither one is a ninja, so why necessarily would this be a NINJA knife-fight? Or are the knives supposed to be ninja knives? What's a ninja knife anyway? My real answer is that fights are in a large part determined by luck and use of opportunity. A powerful person can be defeated by a weaker one if the circumstances are right...Cheers!
