i am thinking of giving up tv and the net cos i want to pass my degree?

u hav to sacrifice alot u get wht u really want.............i know how hard it is to give these two up, cuz im also just as the same s u.....my xams are comin up, and it is country wide..........u hav to give them up, u kno y? cuz after u get ur degree, you'll have all the time in the world to catch ur fun anyhow u want, without worryin about gettin degree again...

It is a bit addictive isn't it. Why not limit your time on here by using a timer, after all you have to have some time off from studying.
The degree will be worth the effort in the long run, it's all a question of getting the balance right.

Good idea, I would suggest limiting your use for educational purposes only. Watch the news & use the internet for reference & research. If you're still feel you're wasting time, then I would give it up completely. As long as you realize the benefit of a good education I doubt you'll have any problems.

i am def having the same problem..meant to be doing assignments now. everytime i get the laptop out with good intentions then just come on here to check..and then thats it no work done...very very sad
