Pigs contain pork...
but as far as the gelatin is concerned "hooves" are ground down and made into a powdered "stabilizer"

Gelatin is a partial protein. You can see it on a plate after a roast is cut and refrigerated, any kind of meat. It is not made from hooves. You can get Kosher gelatin that is beef.

Well it's not pork as in meat, it's pork hooves, and cow hooves, and maybe some other hooves....
Often in store bought lasagnas there is pork. Says "meat sauce" but when you read the label the meat is pork. I live with a pork-a-phobe (not a word, I know, but you get the meaning) so I have to check EVERYTHING for pork.

Bean burritos at Taco Bell contain pork. They use lard and beans to make it. I used to silently chuckle when vegatarians ordered it.
