You can't really translate a name, but you can transliterate it. In Hebrew, the name Heather is spelled with three letters - "hey", "het", and "resh", from right to left (Hebrew does not usually use vowels, and even when it does, they're not letters, but diacritical marks). These three letters will approximate the sound of the name "Heather." To see an idea of what this might look like, I'm including one web site for an artist who does baby name drawings in Hebrew (which also gives you a brief "kabbalistic" explanation of what the three letters mean), as well as a site to show you a more conventional look at the various Hebrew letters, or "Aleph-Bet" - the alphabet.

You are looking for a transliteration (not the same thing as a translation), which means to spell the word using the alphabet of the new language. In Arabic, "Heather" can be written using just three letters, corresponding to h, th, and r. I can't produce them on this keyboard, but you may be able to find the symbols in a dictionary under "alphabet". Unfortunately, there are two choices for the h, and three for the th; for the former, you want the symbol that looks sort of like two circles overlapping, and for the latter, the one that looks like a script "i" in English. The first two letters will be linked together, while the "r" will be written separately. (Remember, right to left.)
