i think that would be great! those are beautiful flowers as well. i had daisies and gerbera daisies for mine. they are very cheap to get btw! that helped me out a lot with my budget! But i definitely think that would be ok for july. I got married last july and i was very very close to using a dark red. I ended up changing to bright pink at the last minute though.

The only part I find weird is that you would be doing a July 4 wedding in Canada, and obviously Canada could care less about July 4 lol. Anyways, other than that I don't think it will be too much, as long as your keep the theme subtle. Like someone else said, stay away from stars and stripes, make sure everything stay elegant. Maybe make the bridesmaids wear shorter or tea length dresses so you guys don't look too stuffy for a hot day.

It's perfectly fine for a July wedding. Especially if it will be an evening affair. Even if it's during the day, the color is being lightened up with the white gerberas.

I love crimson, it sounds beautiful. The gerbera dailies will be nice for the bridesmaids. I think to pop your dress I would carry a bouquet of crimson roses without a whole lot of greenery in the bouquet, perhaps handtied.

Just like I have been told a million times....it is your wedding...do as you chose. I understand you want to try and stay with the season, but you have to be the happiest on that day, nobody else. If you go with other colors just because someone said those colors aren't for Juky, you'll be unhappy. Do it!!! I think that color would be beautiful any time of year. Just make sure yoiu are happy with all of it, and I'm sure everyone else will be too.

Crimson is more a winter color. Have you thought about maybe a deep pink such as fuchsia or a medium shad of blue. Turquoise is a very pretty summer color. .white and fuchsia gerber daisies would be pretty with this. Just a thought

It's a beautiful color to use and if you are wearing white it will be a very nice contrast, inside or out.
If you are worried about it being outside and hot then just make sure its a light fabric and something all your bridesmaids can wear.

Well no, Ruby is the birthstone for July so I guess red would work. However, consider the heat - darker colors draw heat, lighter colors reflect it. If you are having an out-of-doors wedding or reception, your maids will be very unhappy ladies. And these unhappy ladies will be in your photos! Summer weddings are nice (I guess. Mine is this fall) but they make for "sticky" situations. Good luck.

If you like that color then i say go for it. It is your wedding and have it the way you like it. I think it will be very pretty. And another thing remember on the wedding day all the little things wont phase you. So dont stress out over the little things. I learned that the hard way. Have fun planning your wedding.
