I have a daughter but I honestly don't know how to potty train a girl. My daughter was about 13 mos. and just wanted to go to the potty. She just did it. She never wet the bed or anything. She did wet her pants a few times when she was giggling with her twin cousins who are 7 months older. I would just try to very casually tell her how wonderful it would be to get rid of the diaper or pull up and let her pick out any big girl panties that she wants and tell her that she made a great choice and they are sooooo pretty and boy won't those feel so much better than that bG old wet diaper? And tell her us girls we just like to be comfortable and now you will have cute undies just like mommy and you will feel so much better. I think the comfort was the thing that did it for my girl. She still remembers going diaper to undies. I also think that when they are ready they are ready and if not ready then you need to back off and leave them alone, then just leave subtle reminders about it without going on about it. I also have 2 boys and WOW that is a different story completely! Girls are easier!

Girls are so much easier than boys. First you need to go out and buy her some pull ups. Then take her in the bathroom and explain to her in terms she will understand what the potty is for. You should also reward her every time she uses it. It may also help to stress to her that using the potty makes her a big girl; that helps a lot if you let her know she is being a big girl by using the potty. You should also let her sit on the potty a couple of times a day even if she doesn't have to potty.

It was really easy for my daughter. I took the pamper off and let her run around naked.Of course there were a few accidents where I had to mop up, But for the most part, I kept asking her if she had to pee-pee so much that she probably got tired of hearing it. It seemed like every 3 minutes I was asking.

I preferred the 'rub their nose in it and throw 'em outside' method. Unfortunately, my wife insisted on using a small potty and making them sit on it until they went. They soon got the idea.

Treats give her treats every time she goes to the bathroom. If she goes on her own give her more. You also need to make a big fuss every time by clapping your hands a saying yahhh.
