If I were to assume the existence of a deity, the only one I have every studied that actually made logical sense was the Jewish-Kabbalistic version thereof.

The bible has revealed to us that God is an eternal, infinte being. God is a spirit. Humans are made in the likeness God. God loves, is just, etc.

Not sure. I think of him as a kind, benevolent alien dictator who looks like a human, but is huge. but Those are my own thoughts so I don't know.

"It" is a person.
Not a human person ....what we call a spirit person, meaning invisible to our eyes.
He is also vastly superior to man in any way you care to mention.
He has a personality ....which can be quite inviting.
