Correct my grammar again?
I'm not sure if you were wanting help with all of this or just parts or why it is in quotes, but I'll give it a try.

"I need you help?" (Don't use the question mark unless this is a question, which it doesn't seem to be, and use "your" not "you."

"I made a joke when I was 9 years old" (Spell out "nine" and use a period at the end of your sentence. I "told" a joke.)

"can you take me to make a wish" (Capitalize the first letter of your question and end it with a question mark. I don't get the "take me" part. I'm not sure what you are trying to say, maybe "Can you help me make a wish?")

"can you write and spell your naem" (Captitalize the first letter of your question and end it with a question mark. Spell "name" correctly.)

"handbjo is too difficult for me" (Captitalize the first letter of your sentence and end it with a period." I don't know what that first word is.)

"I am a program " << if I don't have "a" , is it right? (I don't know what you are trying to say here. Why would you say, "I am a program" or "I am program"? Neither one makes sense to me.
The context of what you are trying to communicate might clarify what you should write.

"ET bless you" (Well, if you are talking to ET, then you follow ET with a comma. You should end your sentence with a period.

Correct my grammar again?

"I need you (your, not you) help?"
"I made a joke when I was 9 years old"
"can (Use the capital "C" at the beginning of the sentence.) you take me to make a wish(I'm not sure what you mean by "make a wish." If it is a place, you ought to use the proper noun forms, i.e. Make A Wish)" (End a question with ?)
"can (Again, a sentence must begin with an upper-case, or capital letter, in this case, "C.")you write and spell your naem(name.)" (Again, don't forget ?)
"handbjo is too difficult for me" (Captial at the beginning! Period at the end.)
"I am a program " << if I don't have "a" , is it right?
"ET bless you"
