Any thing can be romantic given the right mood and ambiance,such as setting the table with a fine white tablecloth,the right flatware, stemmed water glasses,candles ,the lights dimmed and good soft music or an instrumental and of course wine and the appropriate glasses

Scampi, all you need are prawns, butter , garlic and a little white wine. Cooks fast also.
