Hi. My male pit bull has rather big nipples. Could this lead to problems(Cancer).?

Mammary glands are in both male and females, and both can get cancer. Take your dog to the Vet and have him checked out. If there is a problem, and they catch it early enough you could be saving your dog's life.

Never heard of a male with breast cancer, basically because he has nipples but no breasts, so I guess he's fine.
