am a gal of 29yrs and have only one boyfriend the thing is i want to settle down with him but he keeps telling me he is not yet financially ready to marry me he says i must wait but am growing old and want settle down and have kids hes got a good job and i work too is he playing with me or what pls help before i lose it

He's not playing with you. He's dead serious.
What he's going through is putting excess pressure on himself to be the man you want him to be...but he sees that he should be further in his career or financial situation.
So, the best thing to do is have heart to heart with him and be honest about how you feel. ENCOURAGE him to allow the growth between you, too, this also means financially.
Men WILL sabotage a relationship when they feel that they are not offering enough. TRUST ME. It's easy to say give it time, but that's not going to help. The heart to heart will as long as he understands that you all and BUILD something together and appreciate it down the road. Tell him if you wanted a ready made husband, you could order one from overseas. He'll appreciate that.

seeing that you both work it would be pretty difficult for you to have children and if you think that you're ready to have children i say go for it but if you want to get married before you have children that's fine too as long as you're happy and if you think that you're ready to take THE NEXT BIG STEP IN THE RELATIONSHIP I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST! also there could be a chance that he's up to no good so be care full and examine the relationship thoroughly

He wants his cake and eat it too.He will never get married if you don't tell him how you feel. I would find the right one.You know they say that a man only marries the one he loves...think about that.Hes just in it for a girlfriend...move on.
