To get the best workout in your spinning class, and avoid injury, make sure the bike is adjusted right for you. Get to the class early enough to set it up, and ask the instructor for help if you have problems with it.

Absolutley NOT! I was on a spinner, and the stand/neck broke and I ran into the class instructor. Let's just say I was sued and now I live in a box off the coast of Maine.

no.it requires lot of practice.since only youngsters opt for it,the spirit tempts them to venture and the injuries woul cripple one for the rset of your life.take it up only if you have no other way of making a living except a stuntman.
