My wife has medical problems and is over 65 and we have our travel insurance through FLEXICOVER. She pays a small amount over the usual price for the age but there has been no difficulties. Seems to be an efficient outfit. Find them on the web.

There are a lot of credit card companies that provide travel insurance when the entire cost of the trip is charged to the card. American express is one example. Be sure to read about pre-existing conditions. Every insurance company is different.

http://www.allcleartravel.co.uk/ is quite a good one that will cover some pre-existing conditions, including angina and has no age limit. Age concern is another one to have a look at.
Do expect premiums to be higher though, but better safe than sorry!!
