Go with the flow ... until the boat starts rocking too hard ... jump off and continue being friends ... that's the way I look at it ... except when I jumped off my boat we ended up getting married ... lol ... friends with benefits are great for the relationship or horrible ... either way - make

rule # 1 No matter what happens remember why the two of you were friends to began with ...

rule # 2 Keep communication open at all times ... the more you talk the less likely you'll get hurt ...

rule # 3 Be safe about it ... if he's sleeping around you need to know & the same for you .. if you're sleeping around he needs to know ... don't be a fool for some pleasure ... he may be hot ... but 10 other girls might be saying the same thing to him at night ...

You have to look at the situation from outside the box ... is this somebody you would really want to settle down with .. or is this somebody you have really strong sexual feelings for and know he's not good for you ... know what you want a little bit before you continue ... that way you or him don't get burned .. !

I think that its ok that to have a friend with benifits, but just keep in mind that its not a relationship so if he is with someone else dont get all emotional.

Gofor it...get it on if you both understand the rules.

If he's a cool, nice mannered guy who obviously gets you turned on, what's the problem in the first place? Just don't start whining after you guys have confirmed the status of the relationship, and then he finds a model/a hotter babe to get it on with.

Sure, friends with benefits are fine, but just be careful. Safe sex, etc. Also, it's hard to not start having feelings for someone if you're intimate with them. Unless you want to be, don't get caught up in the feelings and emotions. You'll only get your feelings hurt if he's under the impression you two are strictly friends w/ benefits. And don't be surprised if you're not the only "friend" he has.

yes it's ok just don't let your feelings get in the way. if it's just fun and sex then go to it (especially if he's hot and is great at it)! if you start feeling all mushy you guys gotta talk. you have to make sure if u do start feelin mushy that he feels the same way. if he doesn't then forget him. it'll get complicated. move on to find a serious relationship or another guy "with benefits". just don't become someone who works in the corner...

OF COURSE it's okay....who wants to be screwed up in a sticky relationship that leaves you miserable in the end when you can have the sex (which is the only thing that relationships are good for) and none of the complications?

Sooner or later one of the people involved will develop much stronger feelings... and that's the bad part, because they will be hurt bad when the other person decides to call off the relationship... So beware of what seems to be really good...

Sure its OK to be in a friends with benefits situation with someone.....but I wouldnt recommend it if the other party is in a serious relationship.

If you are both OK with it....and take all the proper precautions to prevent pregnancy, STDs, etc...then there is no problem with it. There's nothing wrong with casual sex between two responsible, consenting adults (you are an adult, aren't you? if not, you shouldn't be having sex).
