well there are a lot of great places. start at all famous little italy for lunch they have the best restaurants there (some of the will sell wine to kids over 16) then u can go to soho, and show in the best boutiques that there are, if the weekend is cold and u don't feel like shopping and walking around, hop on a 6 or q train adn get off on union square where u gonna see all famous village and true urban city kids, its where NYU located (new york unversity). U would see the number count that reprents time and a sun with the fire. Again if you don't feel like walking a lot becuase of the cold it wouldn't be a place for you. Then you can go to 34th street, another famous street for shopping, macys, and empire state building. Deffinetly go inside there and walk around try going on a tour and on the top. You might want to wait for the evening (dark) to see the night view. 42 street obviously, times square, it doesn't even need to be explained anything u want. 5th ave fashion district, shopping. And Rockefeller center on 50 and 5th-avenue of the americas. Deffenitelly go inside on the top. Top of the rock is gorgeous, u can pick either going to the empire state or top of the rock. Fun places to eat a lot of places on times square Planet Hollywood, Bubble Gump (based on the movie FOrest Gump), Hard ROck Caffee. Broadway show is a must, u might try to see mamma mia, is a reall good one, and they have a really nice dinner right next to it. But try to preorder tickets. MTV is located on times square u might consider visiting it. At ngith city has great karaoke bars, a lot of fun and comedy clubs even better. I don't know about your cosin but NYC has the best clubs and u can go, since you are 18, (but for u only on a fri ngiht). Crowbar is a legend, Pasha, Bed is a lot of fun its a restaurant with a club and bar, but u eat and sit on a bed its amazing. Lots of others. It is imposible to tell you where to go in the city because it has so many great places that you would be dieing to see. You can also check a new your city website.

I go to NYC all the time.
I think you should go to Little Italy before Chinatown takes it over.
It's very nice.
Also you gotta go to Jekyl and Hydes!
It's a diner and show...and it's amazing!
I say go there during Halloween.
Seeing a Broadway show is a must.
I like WICKED, Hairspray, Putnam County Spelling Bee, A Chorus Line, Jersey Boys, The Producers, ect.
Visit Time Square is one of THE MOST amazing parts of Manhatten.
Carnige Deli, Toys R us (It's amazing)...
ECT< ECT.
There are so many things you can do there...
But first stop by a tourists center!
Have Fun!
I <3 NYC
