The tiny bones inside your ears are shifting, probably due to having fluid in your ears. When this happens it throws your whole balance system off and can make you dizzy. You should see your doctor. They may put you on some kind of antihistamine to clear it up.

there are many reason for dizzy spells getting up to quick or to slow.
A sap of blood sugar level can hit at any one time and although your sugars are fine it could mean every now and again they dip.
An underline ear problem infection see doctor to rule that out. Glue ear ie build up of wax see your doctor on this as they made need to be cleaned.
If a women certain times of the month can cause this ovalation ect.
Smoking or drinking can make some people have dizzy spells.
If you are not happy ask for second opinion.
Not much help I know but just trying to rule out most likey what you already have.

It could be tinnitus - that affects your balance - do you have funny sound in ears?
I would keep going back to doc to try and get to the bottom of what is causing the dizzy spells.
Try and make a note of what activity you do before dizzy spells and perhaps what you have eaten and drunk.
Good Luck

Could it be your ears? My mom used to have inner ear infections and problems stemming from them, and would have to take meds for being so dizzy. We used to tease her about that! :)
She had tinnenitus, and it would cause her to lose her balance when she got up and stay dizzy all the time. The meds caused her skin to flush beet red from the neck up. It was a trip, but it worked! See your doc and see what he says!

I used to get dizzy spells as well and it turned out to be stress and lack of sleep. Maybe a problem in your ears. You should ask for MRI scans as it might reveal something else.

I would get the pressure in your ears checked out. Have you also been tested for anemia?
