im trying to eat more frequently, they say eat 6-8 small meals, but im a little unsure of what they mean by that, i guess i have become a snacker, a granola bar here and some water, or some fruit. im getting a bit tired of the same old things, any ideas on what i can have?

Granola, I dont recomend it too much because of carbs level. You could include vegetables (carrots, lettuce, jicama, cucumber etc) and instead of granola low carb crackers.
