Tell your mom that if she really dare to 'move away' she would've done it.
Tell your mom to act like she doesn't care for a while. And if she try anything funny, threaten to kick her out. Your mom has to be strong for a while. Talk to her and explain it to her.

I Kinda Know How You Feel Because I have My twin Sister and My Mom Fighting All the Time About Dumb Things.
You Should Talk To Your Sister But Also Try To Understand Your Sisters Point Of View. Maybe There Is Something That Bothers Her And The Only Way To Get It Out Is Through Your Mom. She's Probably very Lonely and She Thinks Know Understands Her.
Talk To Both Of Them and Try To Help Them Understand Each Other.
Don't Give Up.
Tell Your Mom That You Love Her Often and Care For Her Because Right Now She Only Has You.

You need to talk to your mother and tell her how you feel about your sister's behavior. This is your mother's house and what gives your sister the right to treat her like crap? I think its time that you and your mother take action by confronting her about her behavior, be more open and brutally honest about it, and kick "Miss Thing" out of the house! Besides, your sister needs to grow up and start taking full responsibility for her actions! Good luck!

Nothing if your mom is such a whimp then she will be one and let the sister walk all over her.
you can contact a lawyer and see what a couple of them say. you need proof of abusue though which is hard to get.
your mom just needs to drop kick your sister out of the house and take the kids away from her.
need proof for judge to see and or hear.

Your mom should consider counselor to come to terms with this behavior. This is scary that she treat her mom this way. The sad thing is the way she treat her mom, her child with treat her and worse some day.

Your mom needs to get her out of the house! Your sister is rude, irresponsible and spoiled! She has no place to be hitting your mom and she needs to go before she hurts her.
If your mom wanted to be nasty about it, she can file for custody of the kid as his mom is violent.

your sister may be grown up, but she acts like a child. Try sitting down and talking to her about it, and do not be afraid to use guilt. other than this, family counseling may help.
