first of all
kick the bingo into touch
it will just be temptation to have a bite with the girls on the way home.

secondly
eat healthier
you see it all the time on the tv so why dont you start to practice it a bit

thirdly
exercice on a regular basis
all that fat hanging off of you wont do it on it's own. Take a jog in the evening, walk to work, get out on the push bike theres loads of ways

fourthly
join a weight watchers club
sounds boreing and naff i know but the missus is have the size she was and now i cant stay off of her,,,in fact shes three weeks preggy now,, anyway,,,

and finaly
try to enjoy it
theres no point doing anything if your not enjoying it, if you dont your just crerating negative ioems into your mind and in turn that will produce dis-comfort and stress

This is a great one! Sit as if you where going to do a regular sit up, place your arms bahind you with the elbow pointing backwards, lift your legs to a 90 degree angle and do a situp movement so the feet go slightly forward when you come down towards the floor and you bend your arms at the same time, this will train your triceps and the front of your thigh on the way down towards the floor, your abs on your way up.

Put your hands on the edge of the seat you are sitting on, stretch your legs out in front of you, slowly lower your weight down like you are going to sit on the floor (eccentric muscle work of triceps) and raise yourself up again (concentric musce work of triceps. Repeat often. Building up the number of sets of 10-20 you can do.

My mother allways swore by scrubbing floors. Really very effective and you get a clean floor out of it. But you have to put your back into it , on all fours and do like the Karate Kid "wax on wax off"!!
