That's a tough one, but you might try Parts Express or ZZ
Sounds for your options. Both are helpful websites with a
good customer service base. Another website that might
be able to help (they have live help) is American Musical
Supply. I hope this puts you on the right track to you find
what you need.

You're talking about a large room & noisy environment so you definitely want to go pro-audio. But I don't know of a wireless system. I also don't see what the point would be since they would need an electrical cord to plug into the wall. I doubt there's a strong enough rechargeable battery that'll fit in a speaker to meet your needs, so they might not exist.

I would go with a cheap mixer that has XLR outputs & a B52 Matrix 1000 speaker system.

The B52 Matrix 1000 is the cheapest solution that will give you the best results. It's a surprisingly good sounding system for the price. It's very easy to hook up & use. The amplifier built into the subwoofer powers both the sub & the two satellite speakers.

Or if you don't want to use a subwoofer, the JBL Eon15 G2 is a good powered speaker that mounts on a speaker stand.
(But a pair of Eon15 G2 speakers cost $550 more than the Matrix 1000.)

or

If you don't already have a good microphone.

Sounds even better than the SM58 & has less of a feed back problem.
