Go to Microsoft.com and download from there. but you have to pay for it.

The setup disks are easy to find, look at torrents.
Its the key thats hard,
lots of blacklisted keys out there, but only a few white keys,

Maybe you can from the Microsoft website but you might need to pay...But on P2P sharing networks you can find them but they aren't Genuine so you can't download updates.......
