I am very interested in finding a soccer garter or more specifically a garter for DC UNITED. Any idea where I could find one??

In regards to the answerer above, I am going to say this finally. Hate to pollute your question, but i just need to get this off my chest.

OK. I feel better. Now as far as your garter, You are probably going to have to make it yourself. If you have a DC United logo, just get a plain white garter and stretch it. Put the cut-out of the logo on the stretched garter and stitch it in place so that when you let go of the garter and it springs back to its scrunched up shape the logo scrunches up with it. A sewing machine works best, since stitching this on by hand can be tedious. Try putting the garter on a loop to hold it stretched so you can use both hands to work. Maybe a wire hanger bent out to hold the garter stretched will be useful.
You can try using Stitch Witchery to attach it, but be careful to set the iron just hot enough to melt the Witchery without melting the elastic and ruin the garter.

Check Ebay - they may not have exactly what you want, but a lot of places are willing to customize. You could have the garter made in the United's colors & then add a logo pin or charm
I got my Cubs garter from Ebay.

EBAY..Im serious when you go to ebay just do a search for it. I found Miami dolphin garters for my wedding and my best friend did "star wars" they are not as expensive and they come with the something blue and the throwaway garter. I believe the name of the vendor is morning glory garters. she is extremly fast with shipping and mine was very cute.

Probably have to make it. If you can get to a fabric store that carries team fabric or a patch for the team, you can make a simple garter out of the team colors, and then sew the patch on. Good luck!

make one.. get a plain garter and add the soccer ball to it find them at any craft store.. good luck... i made my garter and it was alot cheaper too if you do it hand made and it gives it more meaning too my guy has it up in his truck and never takes it down..

You could make it or if your lazy like me go to ebay. I am getting married in Nov so I thought it would be funny to get and Eagle garter!!! There is a ton of people who will make them for you if they already don't have one in stock.

look up "custom garters" on ebay. You can probably find someone who make them who can make you one fairly cheap.

I would bet serious money you could find it on ebay or contact one of their sellers and have one made.
