Your question makes no since. If this guy is "madly" in love with you then whats your problem? Wouldn't you want to marry someone that felt that way about you? Unless of course you don't feel the same way then no, you should never marry someone whom you didn't feel mad love for!
And if he says he is "madly" in love with you, how more serious can you get?
