Physical attraction (charm) of your partner according to your experience , how long does it get hold of you?

I think that being attraked to somebody is very important. For instance when you first meet. Your not just going to go up to somebody and talk to them if they aren't attracktive. Right. I think that if your with somebody for a long time and you really get to know someone that you get more attraked to them every day.

I think it lasts as long as you can't have it. Problem is, after you get it, you will feel horribly guilty and you will CONSTANTLY be thinking if that moment will be used against you. Even if you get some of him, like a kiss... it will only frustrate you. You don't know how this guy will react if you give in to desire and that will stress you out like crazy. What if you approach him and he is so annoyed he tells your husband? What if you give in and he wants it to, then tells your husband? Either way, you get a ruined life. Something is off in your marriage. Maybe you are bored or just stagnating. Try to go back and find what it is that's missing. If you can't find what is missing in you or the marriage, then it might mean you need to move on from the marriage.

If it is coupled with true feelings for a person - it never goes away! SOmetimes it may seem as though it is not as strong, but then it comes right back once you get over whatever issue it was that made it temporarily diminish - simply because you love them. SOmetimes you have to remind yourself because the issue was so drastic, but take a moment and scope them out to be sure they have not changed - this takes a bit of effort just to be sure. It could be that the other person feels the same and has withdrawn, and then it becomes a vicious circle.

I don't think physical attraction is everything but if you start to lose it you need to sit back and look at why. You also need to sit back and see if you still love him for him, and if you still love things about him. If you are starting to lose all attraction to him, than that is the time you reavaluate your relationship. If it is just the physical attraction, try to find out why. But, also know that it is an important part of a relationship but not everything

I think the passion thing should NEVER go away even though ya'll may slow down somewhat but wanting to keep that attraction should always be there because of the love you have for that person. Should get sweeter and sweeter with time if ya'll both love each other bunches.

I have only been with my guy for a year, but I am still very much physically attracted to him. But, it's not all about his looks, it's the whole package that is beautiful.
