I don't think there would be a problem from the rabbit but birds of all kinds are normally quite territorial and I don't think it would stand for sharing a cage with any animal, except other birds. Don't let the size of the bird fool you, as they will attack anything they deem to be a threat.

You would have to have a cage suitable for both, with ample floor area and maybe 4 feet tall or so, so each could have its own space. Bird poop is messy, so you have to take that into consideration. Feed the bird high up so the bunny won't get into its food; it won't matter if the bird wants to eat some of the bunny's food. Under these circumstances, they shouldn't fight. But watch them for the first day or so to make sure.

i have heard that guinea pigs and parakeets get along well. as long as the bunny is not so big it could trample the bird it should be okay.
