Snickers candy bars?

I am addicted to chocolate...how to overcome this addiction? Please help! Much thanks!

Slowly ween yourself off of them. For example, if you're eating one a day, have one every other day for a week, then one every two days for a week, and so on.

Stop buying them. Same way you quit smoking or any other addiction. It's called willpower.

Simple, keep eating it until you are full or feel enough with it, it will help you stop addict with it. Good luck.
