Yes. In fact, if you're Christian, the Unity Church believes in reincarnation. Unlike Hindus and Buddhists, they don't believe that humans can come back as lower life forms. According to Unity, you either come back as another human or you move up. Eventually, if you keep going, this leads to Heaven.

Hindu and Buddhists versions of reincarnation also don't talk about a detailed "Heaven" per say. They just say that you can reach an enlightenment, and you will jump off the "wheel of Samsara." In other words, it's the end of birth and rebirth.

As a Tao Chai believer, I differ slightly with both views. All people are of the same spirit. You ARE your brother. This never ends. So, in a sense, you come back. OR, you could say, you never realy leave.

i think its a interesting idea,or believe.
if you believe to have a form of reincarnation you need a god to work it all out.
i am not a christian, but that is not necessary to believe in a form of god.

if reincarnation is to be existing ,i think it would be divided into 7 catagories.
the microbes/bacteria.
the worms (land and sea)
the insects
the birds
the reptiles and ampfhibies
the fish
the mammals.( sea and land)
lets say you can only reincarnate in your own
specie group, and can either be promoted or
degraded, depending how good you have been in your previous live. in order to reach the top of your scale.
than there have to be a bonus,a possibility,if you are in your top scale, you can be promoted
into the next group,by beiing eaten and
recycled.
the ultimate group are the mammals, to reach the top of the mammal scale ,dus not have to be human, but it could also be a eliphant for example.
hindus believe in reincarnation, and the holy
eliphant.
the only thing wat is contradicting this story,is that all nature live is getting destroyed by humans, and there are more and more humans
on this planet.
in a perfect world i would say its possible, but if you think logical its not on.
i think the only reincarnation is trough your children. like trees and flowers, there seeds are the same ,and only chanced by evolution.

Impossible to be a Christian and also believe in reincarnation. You can say you are "religious" or that you believe in "a" god but if you truly are a Christian and believe in the God of the Bible then you would know, or at least know now, that reincarnation is not part of the plan

Of course reincarnation is true; indeed the early Christian churches believed in reincarnation until the year 533 A.D. when it was abolished by some Church council. There is reincarnation taking place all the time, not just sometimes. I do not think you should feel guilty or un-Christian in believing this; you are just being brow-beaten !

I believe we lived with God before we were born as spirits only, and that in order to progress we had to come to Earth to get a physical body and learn from our own experiences. This previous life might go some way to explain some deja-vu experiences.
This life is the time to prepare to meet God. God shows us the way in his scriptures, and speaks to us personally through the Holy Spirit.
In the next life we will be judged, and everyone will be 'promoted to glory' of some degree or another. Once we're assigned our place for eternity, though, there's no getting promoted. That's why it's so important that we get it right in this life.

No, not at all. You are given a name. It is important. You will live forever. Where your soul will go depends on one question" What think ye of Christ"?
You may receive lesser blessings in time and eternity because you do not fulfill God's magnificent plan for your life.
God breathed the breath of life into your body when you exited your mother's womb.
You will never quit thinking and never quit being YOU.
You are important to God.
You have a plan and a purpose.
He loves us all.
Peace out.

LOL, reincarnation comes from people who beleive there are humans with elephant heads in the skies. Not to mention that they cannot prove reincarnation in any way, so you have to take it on faith and make yourself look like an idiot.

Let me answer with a hypothetical concept. What if reincarnation was true, and in your first life, you accept Christ, but in your second life, you reject Him. Where does that leave you for eternity? Heaven or Hell are not check in - check out types of places. You got one chance to get it right.

I believe in incranations. If you take hindu mythology, it says a lot about incranations. They say there is an occurance 10 incranations of lord VISHNU during the life time of this universe. Now the 10th one is ruling the world as to terminate evil from this world.
If we think as a layman and agree to one god to rule all of us then incranations are possible. Why don you read some hindu stories, if you need?
