What are some resources for the needy in Tulsa, Oklahoma?

I have a friend in need there. She needs clothing for her children and help paying bills. She works 54 hours a week and still cannot afford to pay all of her bills. Any ideas?

Call the Salvation Army and they will help her

I am almost sure Tulsa has the 2-1-1 system. 2-1-1 is a hotline (like 911) for alllll information like this. It's great! Just have her call 211 & they can help.
