I have so many, but Joseph was awesome. He went through so much in his life and ended up being a leader and forgiving everyone. He's definately a good example of how we should all be.

Of course, I believe everything in the bible, and when I said "character", I didn't mean anything by it.

Have you ever been inspired by a question?, I have and this is one of such times, why?, because it seams to me, that while in my youth, I though about many of the peoples in the Bible, and the work they did, or roll they play in the Evolution of Humanity, right or wrong they where mention in the best book ever been wrote. Yes after seeing and analyzing the work of Jesus, and Loving him, I though of Joseph, sorry I just realize!!!! which Joseph are you talking about?, Joseph the earthly Father of the most perfect and beautiful baby?, or Joseph, the Son of Abraham?, It doesn't matter they too play their roll well I believed. now a day's I think a lot, in Jesus him-self.

Serious answer...Simon Peter. He was the ultimate "goof-up" by today's standards. He was so real. He had an uncontrollable temper, he was a no-nonsense man, he was afraid sometimes, lied sometimes, was distrustful at times, etc. However, in spite of his shortfalls, he was dearly loved by Jesus. Even after the betrayal, Jesus came to him, spoke to him and then entrusted him with His church! He is the ultimate example of how a life in Christ's hands can be transformed.

I like Joseph too, but I will go with King David as my favorite. His life would make an awesome tv series with loads of faith and tons of drama.

I like Martha, because I identify with her so much. She was a worrier and a worker searching for the right way to serve the Lord.
I also am very interested in Noah's wife. Mrs. Noah has to be one of the most faithful and trusting women in the Bible. People don't talk about her much. We don't even know her name, but she went through so much. Noah had the benifit of walking and talking with God, but his wife was going on straight faith.

I agree with Apple21. I absolutely love the apostle Peter. He was such a real person. He had his imperfections like us, but he was still one of Jesus' most trusted friends and followers.
