If no print button is available, depending on which client you are using there won't be a print button. Click in the message area press ctrl-a which selects all text then press ctrl-c to copy it then open wordpad or notepad then ctrl-v copies the text into it then you can print it.
You can use any word processor, Word, Wordperfect what ever.

If it is at outlook, just go to drafts, right click on it then, drag down in the menu , you will see print option

just hit the print button or you can highlight what you want printed and hit the print button then the selection and print.
