Im 12 and i have a crush on someone and he has the same initials and has a locker right next to me. I really like him and want to ask him out but im scared too.What if he rejects me? ill be crushed forever.What should i do?

You don't have to ask him out right away... at 12, it's not like you can really "date". Neither of you have a car or any money. Also, boys your age are not that into dating just yet (so he might just reject you out of not knowing how to deal with girls, and then be kicking himself a year or two down the line).
But there's nothing wrong with saying "hi. I'm Suzy (or whatever)" and trying to make friends. You guys can talk when you meet at your lockers. That way you can get to know him and see if you two would make a good couple, without actually having to put yourself out there and risk rejection.

Yeah when you have a crush on someone you always notice all the things you have in common and never the things you dont have in common.
Can you talk to him at all or are to too shy to?
If you can talk to him without becoming a nervous mess just try being friendly and flirting with him for a while and making him feel good about himself. Strike up a friendship first and then you can find out if you guys really have a lot in common or is actually a justa cute jerk or whatever.
Get to know him first and then if he is still your "dream guy" then asking him out will be easier for you.

Are you nuts? 12 years old and no future if you're rejected? You shouldn't even have thoughts pertaining to a crush let alone being crushed. Enjoy your teen years and don't get hung up on any one guy. You've got years to go before thinking serious thoughts. Boy-girl relationships at your age are to be kept light and fun, not dark and serious

Well, just try to build up some courage. If he rejects you then he is the loser not you because he passed up a good thing. I'm pretty sure you are a beautiful 12 year old and just believe that you are beautiful and that's all that matters!! Good luck!!:]

At a young age, the opposite sex can be very scary to you. Young love is something very fragile and can be broken very quickly and easily. I say that you wait until that you're sure that this guy likes you back. It's always good to take a chance and do something crazy, but young love is something that can leave in you in tears and heartbreak.

Just ask him if he would like to hangout sometime and go from there. If you're not even friends with him then you shouldn't be asking him out yet.
