Other than sleep and exercise.

I'm a mom of three and a college student, and I get as much sleep as I can- it isn't enough but it's all I can get.

Exercise- any I don't get chasing kids, I don't have time or means to get.

Other than that, I'm open to suggestions.

Make sure you take a vitamin/mineral supplement daily, and drink WATER! Fatigue is one of the symptoms of de-hydration. When you FEEL thirsty, you're already dehydrated, so drink water when you feel a little tired.
Also, pay attention to your breathing. Take deep, long breaths for 2-3 minutes several times a day, focusing on your exhale. Expel ALL the air from your body. This makes room for fresh oxygen and energy.

Well assuming that you don't want to just be a caffeine addict, or that you already are and it clearly isn't doing much, there's a couple good ways. The first thing is exercise of course, but we'll throw that one out, and move straight to diet. What you eat plays a HUGE role in how you feel day to day.

Try to avoid sweets and things of that nature, and turkey might not be your best friend. Try to avoid eating until you're full, but eat high fiber, high in complex carbs sort of foods in moderation. Not only will that avoid the fatigue of being tired, but complex carbs will give you energy over time. Mostly fruits and vegetables along with whole grains is what you'd be looking at. Apples are fantastic for this.

The thing is, everything breaks down eventually, but complex carbs take longer to break down, thus giving you energy over time.

Best wishes!

Buy a B complex and an Adrenal supplement at your local vitamin store. Also, be sure you are getting enough magnesium. Your adrenal glands get worn out with all the responsibility and stress you have and can rob you of all your energy.
