Although uncommon, serious side effects have been reported with the use of creatine. Stop taking creatine and seek emergency medical attention or notify your doctor immediately if you experience:

an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; closing of your throat; swelling of your lips, tongue, or face; or hives); or
symptoms of kidney problems such as decreased or little urine.
Other less serious side effects of creatine have not been reported. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or health care professional if you experience any side effects from creatine.

Yes fat cells store access water, therefore your body may plump up and you will look like you're retaining a lot of water weight.

Aside from that, you may have to run to the bathroom to urinate constantly. Creatine dehydrates your body so be careful.

Go natural, eat healthy (eat more) and you will notice more gains in your strength and size. Educate yourself. One day you will be able to tell everyone that you didn't take the easy way out and you did everything through hard work and dedication.

intelligent use of supplemental creatine will have no side effects. you need to increase your water intake as creatine increases cellular hydration in skeletal muscle and will draw water from the bloodstream, that problem is easily prevented.

creatine increases strength which leads to the ability to put more of a "load" on the target muscles. if you want to see increases in muscle mass you need to train heavy and increase your caloric intake.

creatine is perfectly safe, it's the most studied sports supplement in the history of medicine. most people just do not know how to use it properly

I used creatine and built quite a bit of muscle. The only side effect that happened to me was that I grew a nipple right in the middle of my forehead. Other than that, the stuff works great!!

Well, I've been using it for 40 years, and the only side affects I've noticed is a slight greenish tinging of the armpit hair. Nothing to worry about though.
