If you believe that you love him, then you are. You dont have to go out with any guys, just stay single and enjoy that. If hes single, go get him, you love him. However you have to understand that he wants to have fun and have some experiences before entering the college. You might not see him anymore after high school. So its time for you to learn the challange that you guys already moved on.

Good question....now think of the main factor in this situation. You are only in high school still. Trust me, you may think your in love, and you very well could be. But if he is saying that you should see other people, leave it at that.
Im a guy, 20 years old, and have been in the same relationship for over 4 years now. I went through the same "see other people" thing that your potential love is saying. So i broke up with my girlfriend of almost 2 1/2 years to explore other options. After about two months I came to the realization that she was the one for me...and that i made a big mistake.
This may be the case for your friend. He may just realize that you are what he is looking for, he may not. But if you two really arent that serious, then dont fret about it. Time moves on, people move on, and trust me...as soon as you get outta high school it a whole new ball game. More people to meet, more opertunities...even more so if you are going to be going to college. Stay single, enjoy yourself.

Your heart will know if it's love.
But a relationship requires 2 people.
Perhaps you are not giving other boys a chance. You need to open your heart and let them in and unfortunately being hung up on your ex is not allowing you to do so.
Do you really want an on off relationship like the one you have now? Move on and accept the fact that he is seeing other girls.
Used shoes are comfortable I always prefer to buy new and get them to feel the way I like them.

ok. im in the same grade. some people will tell you that u are to young for love. but your not. 4 years is a hell of a long time for someone our age. lol. talk to him, maybe he feels the same way with all the girls he has tried to date. so, i dont know the whole story and your exact feelings but i think you are.

you love the idea of him. you can't move on if you think about him. remove him from your thoughts. it sounds more like infatuation. i'm in the 11th grade too, and i can tell you you are taking this far too seriously. we're still kids. if you should be together, you guys will work out. this is becoming obsession. stop yourself before it becomes unhealthy.

Yes, it's probably love but the question is if he still loves you and wants to be with you. See if he will sit down with you and talk to him about everything and let him know that you think you love him or tell him that you do love him and see what he says. Good luck!

I might be love on your part, but unfortunately that doesn't mean he will always love you back.
If you can go out with other guys, you must not love him a whole lot. If you love him you would tell him that you don't want to date anyone but him.

It could be. But usually, if you have to ask that question, then it isn't love (in the sense of "being in love").
When you're really in love, you'll know it. A lot of that has to do with how he feels though...just imagine if he said "I love you"...what would you say?
