1. Don't worry about it. It's bad Spanish (probably from an online translation service), and so impossible to translate without improving the original first. Here's just one example: "diez fuera de diez" is a word-for-word translation of "ten out of ten", whereas the correct Spanish is "diez sobre diez".

2. It is probably supposed to mean this....

I hope that you enjoy my new video: it's Catherine and I dancing to Pulp. We are very good dancers. I thought that I would put this in Spanish to spice my page up a bit - ten out of ten for whoever can post the English translation on my page ...

[NB I'm assuming that it's "to Pulp" (Jarvis Cocker's band) and not "at Pulp" (a club somewhere called Pulp)]
