From Florida, dial 011 for an international line, followed by 44 which is the UK country code, followed by the number (remember to omit the leading zero).
Have a great time.
Edit: all respect to those other people, but there are only (so far) 2 correct answers here - mine and ms_lovelace's
apologies to anybody else who answers correctly

As only a couple of other people have said, it's 011 44 and then drop the 0 from your dialling code
011 44 1304
Alternatively, if you are using a mobile phone, edit your phone numbers and put +44 at the beginning and delete the first 0 from the code - +44 1304 (the + symbol is under your number 0)
I have all the numbers in my mobile stored with this code as they will work from anywhere in the world even if you are calling from the UK so it saves changing anything when I travel.

It's 00 44 then drop the first 0 of your phone number but dial the rest of the numbers. I've had lots of problems trying to ring the UK while I've been on holiday in Amercia so you might be better off using your mobile but not for too long unless you want a big bill... Enjoy your holiday you lucky devil.

Its definitely 0 11 44 (then 1304....)
I was in the US for 9 months and that was how I called everyone in the UK.
And this website is pretty good too:

To phone the UK from anywhere dial 0044 then the number you want to call remembering to omit the first zero from the number (this works for mobile numbers aswell) This means that you will dial 0044 1304etc. If you are staying at a rented villa you will need to use a credit card to activate the phone for the period of your stay, this is perfectly safe but if you make phone calls using your card you will find it expensive, you would be better off activating the phone with your credit card and then buying an international phone card from your nearest large supermarket. Have fun over there!

It's 0044 I believe, and you take of the 0 in the area code.
So you'd dial 0441304.
I really hope this is right, I can't remember completely but i'm like 80% sure. I'm sure other people will confirm this when they answer.
(Edited: Yup, others have confirmed it, though i missed a 0! Have a good holiday! :) )
