Yes, with lots of compassion for yourself and some hugs. Here is a big hug for you. Don't be hard on yourself over what happened, and give yourself lots of time to mend your broken heart. Time heals all wounds dear, so give yourself plenty of it. Keep busy with life to take your mind off of what happened, and don't spend a lot of time alone, that's when depression is at its worst. And most importantly, realize that no one is perfect and try to learn from your mistakes, so you reduce your chances of feeling like this again. God bless and good luck.

the only way I know of is too. leave all the pieces behind you and become heartless. Well that's how I delt with the pain. No heart means no more pain.

Sure! Lots of tender loving care from people who love you and care about you, plus our old friend time. I've been there and know what you're going through. Trust me when I say it will get better and the day will come you'll look back and say " I deserved better!".
