i have a friend that i like named alex... well i think that he likes one of our friends Sheilah a lot.. but she has never or will never have any interest in him, he doesnt have a gf and i dont have a bf, how can i win him over?? i told him once before that i liked him, but then we didnt talk for a semester, but that could have been because we didnt have ne classes together idk, help!

It probably means he's not interested in you.
Sarah is not interested in him the same way he's not interested in you. Therefor if Sarah will never get together with him, he won't get together with you for the same reason.
The 2 of you need to find somebody (but not each other)
It takes 2 to tango. Both people need to have the same wants and desires.
Just because you have no classes together doesn't mean he can't call or hang out. HE'S NOT INTERESTED so stop wasting your time.
By now you could have found Mr. Right had you not spent all your efforts trying to put two pieces of puzzle together that don't fit

text him " what are you doing now , I am knitting your socks thinking of your toes. " and ask him " do you have 10 toes?"
do something funny to him .. even if it sounds embarssing , shock him with sweet fragrance. he will get horny and will ask out .
