I sympathise with you. I suffered with allergies for many years.
Mine turned out to be mostly due to corn syrup (which is found in many, many processed foods in USA) and dairy products. I found that once I eliminated the offending foods, my symptoms improved a great deal. I am still allergic to some pollens, but they are seasonal and much less irritating now that I have things under control.
I have posted links discussing some common food allergies and an elimnation diet, which is a way if pinpointing which food(s) are the cause your worst symptoms.
Have you evaluated your home environment? Mold and dust mites are also common allergies which can resolved without medical treatment. Also, don't discount the role stress plays in severity of asthma and allergies. If you get yourself all worked up and frustrated, your symptoms will probably get worse. Try to relax. Keep searching for ways to help yourself. Good luck!

All you can do is treat the symptoms, certain times of the year allergies are worse, I don't know what over the counter medications are available for you in your country, but if you have a pharmacist there where you buy your medications they are the next best thing to the Dr. here in the US we have all kinds of allergy medications available over the counter which were by prescription only. In the mean time get on the waiting list, or get a visa to the US and visit a Dr. here for your allergies we have plenty of them. God bless you

You poor thing. :(
Stay inside as much as possible... and if you can keep your windows shut so that the pollen stays out.
You can buy eczema creams in pharmacies in the UK over the counter... just ask for one.
Asthma medication requires a prescription, but you probably have one already. If you do then use it as you normally do, and try not to exert yourself too much.
Take paracetamol/aspirin for your headache. Or try cold and flu tablets... hay fever relief meds are also on the market and you can buy them from places like Boots. BUT DON'T TAKE THESE ALL AT THE SAME TIME - they all contain paracetamol, and if you do you'll risk overdosing.
I hope this helps and you feel better soon!

How about changing your doctor? If he/she is not listening to your needs, it's time to get someone who will. What meds are you taking?
My son has everything you've listed. He is on Flonaze, Cingulair, Flovent, Zyrtec and Albuterol. The later two are used as needed. Since he has started taking te meds prescribed by a specialist after tons of tests, he really hasn't had any bad days. He still gets head aches every once in a while, but not like he used to. They were mostly triggered by his allergies.
Good luck with everything and remember, the Dr. is supposed to work for you!

I do not know if its available in the UK but an over the counter product I found to really help these symtoms is called "Cold MD."
All it does is boost your immune system 300% and has no side effects.
I noticed a difference within an hour after taking it.

Take a trip to Bangkok,Thailand. Visit the Bumrungrad Hospital. It puts to shame most hospitals in most countries. They have specialists of all types and they all speak English. The fees are about 20 percent of those in western countries.

I find the website for WebMD to be particularly helpful with health information. You can research allergy symptoms and possible remedies there.
Just go to webmd.com and do a keyword search.
