I lied to my girlfriend about having sex with my ex 2 years ago and she broke up with me, I need to get her back, Im already buy her the biggest bouqet of lilys i can buy since that is her favorite flower. I admitted I have a problem about lying, I told her I would stop and seek help if needed. This is the love of my life and I cant lose her. Shes 3 hours away from me and I cant just go say hey, or should I? What should I do?

You’re in a tough situation. You’ve caught lying to your girlfriend so right now she sees you as a liar. Once you’ve abused and misused someone’s trust it’s hard to get that trust back. You need to try and talk to her, be honest and admit that you were wrong and that you know that your lying has really hurt her. You have to swallow all pride that you may have right now and almost resort to begging for forgiveness. Let her know that you’re aware that you’ve got a serious problem with telling lies. Basically you have to talk to her and put all of your true feelings on the line. You have to get her to see that yes you’ve lied but you’re very sorry for doing so. Besides giving her the flowers you may want to write a letter to her just in case she decides she doesn’t want to talk to you. Pour your heart and soul out to her. Hope for the best but always be prepared for the worse.

i think if u did go and say hey to her, even though she's 3 hrs awayhe will realise how much u care about her. try it, go and see her, tlak with her, tell her ur sorry (if u r)

dont lie again even if you think it will make her feel better --- and it would be best to see her --- it shows commitment and determination and that you do want to change --- yes take flowers --- its more important to be sincere and want to change --- best wishes to you both
