Im 18, 5'7 slim, and i just wanna get back fit before the summers here. What should i do to get that skinny waist, tight abbs, and tone up the butt like(lifting it). Would really appericiate evryones help!!

okay first everyone thinks that you shoud do sit up but they are wrong if you do sit ups and you are fat you will develop your muscles under the fat at push it against your skin wich will make for celulete! cardio! is the key shed a few pounds then when you can see a hint of some abs you can do sit ups.
you can do what body buiders do to get a small waist and thats get a broom stick and do many twists. try this with one foot on a book and bend forward slightly.!

Dear Tiffany, To lose weight, I am now on an apple cider vinegar program. It is very effective,natural and IT WORKS!! Buy BRAGG's APPLE CIDER VINEGAR undiluted is the best brand!!! Take 2 teaspoons of apple cider in 8 ounces of water in a glass before every meal. You can also use tomato or orange juice!! Really delicious!! Do not forget-- take it on empty stomach!! DO NOT DRINK STRAIGHT WITHOUT WATER OR JUICE!! Apple cider vinegar is too strong for the stomach if it is taken without water or juice!! So always remember --drink together with juice or water. Apple cider acts like an appetite suppressant. The fat cells in your body will shrink slowly BUT PERMANENTLY!! I took it for more than 3 months and loses 15 pounds!! All I had to do is to eat normal food but cut down the fats!! Exercise more once some pounds are lost. If you are patience --try this method. My advise to you --please STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS.

well I am working myself on it because I have very small waist...And I try so many things and the one that works miracles is that I use a big belt and and weights to work out my waist, How? twist right and left with the weights and really works one week you see diference and you posture is better so try it why weights? is because make it hard the work and always weights with any kind of excersice works miracles...Good luck!!! works for me so it will work for anybody...

Maybe you can try doing sit ups everyday like maybe 1 day 20-25 sit ups.
